Dionne was born in Stuart, Florida.  She has a son who teaches Physical Education at Samuel S. Gaines Academy in Fort Pierce, Florida. Dionne has a grandson and granddaughter.  Dionne and her husband reside in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Dionne started working for Global DS Group in 2019.  Prior to coming to Global, Mrs. Griffin worked as a Deputy Clerk/Cashier at St. Lucie County Clerk of Court in Fort Pierce, Florida.  Mrs. Griffin also worked for 14 years as a Credit TRX Coordinator and Accounting Clerk at Sysco Foodservices Southeast Florida in Riviera, Beach, Florida.  Mrs. Griffin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida and also obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development and Administration at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
