Shawana started working for Global DS Group in 2017.  Prior to coming to Global, she worked for AT&T.  She brings 20 years of experience in collections, sales, and customer service.  Shawana was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida.  She enjoys playing chess, watching football, and spending time with her family.
