Ward founded Global DS Group in 2012.  Prior to starting Global, Mr. Welke worked as a principal at Allerand Capital and ECW Investco.  He started his professional career on Wall Street as an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in Manhattan.  He brings approximately 20 years worth of debt-related experience to the Company.  He graduated from the business school University of Texas at Austin and also took graduate coursework at NYU.  He currently resides in North Palm Beach with his wife and two daughters (and 2 french bulldogs).
